Engineered to comply with GB/T 508 Determination of Ash in Petroleum Products, ASTM D482, GB/T 2433 Sulfated Ash Test for Additives & Additive‑containing Lubricants, and SH/T 0067 Ash Content Testing for Engine Coolants and Rust Preventatives, the SH119 Petroleum Product Ash Analyzer gauges ash levels within petroleum goods as well as sulfated ash values of lubricating oils. This testing apparatus also delivers accurate ash measurement for petroleum formulations with ash‑generating additives (including select phosphorus‑based additive compounds), lead‑infused lubricants, and pre‑owned engine crankcase oil. Equipped with an upgraded ceramic furnace heating assembly, this unit performs reliable sulfated ash testing for additive‑loaded lubricants and additive concentrates blended into lubricant blends.
Key Performance Advantages: ● Its enclosure is constructed from folded‑and‑welded steel sheet finished with electrostatic powder coating. Premium silicon‑carbon rods serve as heating components, while high‑grade aluminum silicate fiber acts as thermal insulation media. ● The furnace cavity adopts ceramic fiber construction, boasting rapid heat‑up performance (hitting 1000℃ within roughly 30 min) and superior thermal retention. Even at 1000℃ operating temperature, the outer cabinet remains cool for safe manual contact. ● Built‑in microcomputer‑driven PID regulation comes as standard; intelligent programmable controllers are available as an optional upgrade upon buyer request. It enables multi‑stage ramp‑up and hold temperature setup, alongside overheat alert and timing operational capabilities.
