SD30011 Digital Electric Furnace Carbon Residue Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese industry standard SH/T 0170, Test Method for Carbon Residue (Electric Furnace Method). It is used to determine the carbon residue of lubricating oils, heavy liquid fuels and other petroleum products complying with SH/T 0170 test requirements.

Main Technical Features
The instrument adopts an integrated structural design. The heating furnace and controller form an integrated unit with an attractive and modern appearance.
Equipped with a digital temperature controller featuring main heating and auxiliary heating functions. The auxiliary heating can be controlled automatically or manually as required for simple operation.
The heating furnace can reach a temperature of 520℃. Its temperature control accuracy is ±5℃ across the full temperature range, satisfying test requirements.
Benchtop structure with a 4-hole furnace. Four samples can be tested simultaneously to achieve high testing efficiency.
