Lubricating Grease Evaporation Tester RT ~ 400 ℃ Electric Heating Wire Heating SH/T 0337

The SY0337 Grease Evaporation Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the SH/T0337 "Method for Determining the Evaporation Degree of Lubricating Grease" standard, and is suitable for measuring the evaporation degree of lubricating grease. Place an evaporating dish filled with 1mm thick lubricating grease in a specialized thermostat, and maintain it at a specified temperature for 1 hour (or for the time specified in the lubricating grease product standard), then measure the mass loss.

The temperature measurement and control of the instrument utilize a digital PID temperature controller, which features automatic temperature control, accurate temperature regulation, high precision, intuitive digital display, and the ability to adjust at any point within the effective heating temperature range.
