The characteristics are as follows:
High speed, high efficiency, and fine particles. The sample was hammered into a fine and uniform powder by a high-speed grinding hammer, and passed through a stainless steel sieve with a high-speed airflow to enter the integrator to prepare the sample.
The interior wall of the box is pasted with domestic advanced sound absorption and insulation materials, with lower noise than similar products at home and abroad.
The motor is equipped with a built-in temperature protector. Once the motor exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically stop and restart after the temperature drops to normal.
The hammer type cyclone mill can be directly installed with an automatic feeder, which can effectively control the feeding speed of high moisture samples and shelled grain samples, and improve the crushing effect.
Crushed samples are suitable for the determination of gluten quantity, quality, grain viscosity, wheat falling value, near-infrared composition, and other indicators.
