SH115B insulating oil tan‑delta & volume resistance tester is a compact high‑precision device engineered to assess dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity for insulating oil and other liquid‑type insulating materials. It integrates core assemblies including test oil cell, temperature regulator, thermal sensor, dielectric loss measuring bridge, AC test power unit, reference capacitor, high‑resistance tester and DC high‑voltage module.
Its heating system utilizes state‑of‑the‑art high‑frequency induction heating. This design realizes non‑contact heat transfer between oil cell and heating element, delivering even thermal distribution, rapid warming and simple adjustment. The AC power section applies AC‑DC‑AC conversion architecture, mitigating accuracy deviations triggered by grid voltage and frequency drift. Stable performance is guaranteed even under generator‑supplied power conditions. Built‑in reference component is SF6‑filled three‑pole capacitor, whose dissipation factor and capacitance stay immune to ambient temperature and humidity variation, sustaining long‑term measurement stability. Its resistivity test follows GB/T5654 specifications.
Built‑around fully‑digital hardware, this equipment supports intelligent auto‑testing with multi‑measurement modes. Fitted with 320×240 large‑size touch‑screen panel, it provides complete Chinese‑language menus and step‑by‑step on‑screen guidance.
