### Performance Features
The SH0209 hydraulic oil thermal stability tester is manufactured in strict accordance with SH/T0209 *Test Method for Thermal Stability of Hydraulic Fluids*. It is intended for the thermal‑stability test of mineral‑oil‑based and compounded hydraulic fluids.
Equipped with an imported digital PID programmable temperature controller, the instrument adopts a dedicated high‑speed 16‑bit A/D converter. Automatic temperature drift and zero‑drift correction are implemented to achieve stable and precise temperature control.
The control system applies a self‑tuning special non‑overshoot PID algorithm, which effectively avoids temperature overshoot and under‑shoot, delivering a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
Temperature acquisition is realized by a PT100 sensor. With fast response and high reliability, the sensor captures real‑time temperature variation. Combined with the digital PID controller, it ensures temperature accuracy meets standard specifications.
Adopting an integrated frame structure, the tester provides a large internal working space. The outer shell is constructed from high‑quality cold‑rolled steel with electrostatic spray‑coated finish for a neat and modern appearance.
The inner chamber is made of anti‑corrosion treated stainless steel. A double‑glazed observation window is fitted on the chamber door, allowing operators to observe sample status during testing at any time.
A high‑temperature resistant sealing gasket is installed on the door to ensure tight sealing and reduce heat loss. The air vent located at the rear continuously discharges moisture generated during heating.
The built‑in fan provides forced air circulation inside the chamber, maintaining temperature uniformity within ±2.5% across the working zone.
