SH115B Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss Resistivity Tester Liquid Insulating Medium Performance
The SH115B is an all‑in‑one high‑precision tester designed to measure the dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of transformer insulating oil and other liquid insulating materials. Its internal integration consists of a dielectric‑loss test oil cell, temperature control module, temperature sensor, loss‑measuring bridge, AC test power supply, reference standard capacitor, high‑resistance measurement unit and DC high‑voltage power supply.
The instrument adopts advanced high‑frequency induction heating to warm up samples. The oil cell is physically isolated from the heating component, which ensures uniform heat distribution, fast temperature rise and convenient operation adjustment. Its AC power unit applies an AC‑DC‑AC conversion circuit. This design effectively minimizes interference caused by mains voltage fluctuation and frequency variation, ensuring reliable dielectric loss measurement. Stable performance is maintained even when powered by generator units.
The on‑board reference capacitor is a SF₆ gas‑filled three‑pole capacitor. Its capacitance and dielectric loss remain nearly unaffected by ambient temperature and humidity changes, guaranteeing consistent measuring accuracy for long‑term operation. Resistivity measurement strictly complies with GB/T5654.
Equipped with fully‑digitalized hardware, the tester enables automatic intelligent measurement with multiple test modes. It features a 320×240 large touch screen, full Chinese menu and step‑by‑step on‑screen operation prompts. Test reports can be printed directly. Operators can master its operation without extensive professional training.
