SH259B Fully‑Automatic Water‑Soluble Acid Tester Transformer Turbine Oil pH Detection Instrument
The SH259B automatic water‑soluble acid tester is manufactured complying with GB/T7598‑2008, the test standard for water‑soluble acid in circulating transformer oil and turbine oil via colorimetric method, as well as GB/T 259 covering test practices for water‑soluble acid and alkali of petroleum goods. It serves mainly to measure water‑soluble acid content (pH value) inside transformer oil, turbine oil, anti‑fuel oil and similar petroleum‑based products.
Boasting great automatic performance, this device only requires operators to pour oil sample and water following standard requirements. It then runs heating, shaking, oil‑water separation, dual aqueous‑sample extraction step‑by‑step as specified. Two reagents, bromocresol green and bromocresol purple, will be dosed separately for colour developing and colorimetric analysis. Test readings can be shown on screen and printed out afterwards.
While lifting work efficiency and test precision, this equipment cuts down operators’ exposure to test samples and chemical reagents, so as to better safeguard personal safety on site.
Manual testing steps are not needed. Simply place samples into sample cups, and the unit will carry out sample feeding, heating‑shaking, measurement, waste liquid draining and result output all by itself.
It works for testing water‑soluble acid for liquid petroleum goods, additives, lubricating grease, paraffin and wax‑mixed substances.
