SD0232 Liquefied Gas Copper Corrosion Tester SH/T0232 Double Hole PID Automatic Adjustment
The SD0232 LPG Copper Corrosion Tester is designed and manufactured to comply with the provisions of SH/T 0232, the national petrochemical industry standard titled Test Method for Copper Strip Corrosion by Liquefied Petroleum Gases.
This instrument is used to determine the corrosive effect of liquefied petroleum gas on copper strips.

● The constant‑temperature water bath shall conform to the requirements specified in Clause 3.1.1 of SH/T 0232.
● Both the actual and set temperatures of the water bath are digitally displayed. A dedicated bracket is provided to hold the test cylinder in vertical position. The water bath features adequate depth to fully immerse the cylinder and valve throughout the test.
● Constant‑temperature heating is realized by a PID auto‑tuning controller, guaranteeing temperature‑control accuracy of 40 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃.

● Copper strip: 75 mm long, 12.5 mm wide, 1.5‑3.0 mm thick. Fabricated from ≥99.9%‑purity electrolytic copper with smooth quenched and cold‑rolled surface. Drill a 3.0 mm‑diameter hole, 3.0 mm from the centre of one end of the copper strip.
