SH108A Automatic Oleic Acid Value Tester with Auto Titration for Oil Quality Analysis
SH108A automatic hydraulic acid value tester complies with the national standards of the People’s Republic of China, including GB/T 264 (Determination of Acid Value of Petroleum Products), GB 7599, GB/T 4945, as well as ASTM D974 and GB 7299.
Equipped with a large color LCD screen, the device features a Chinese-language menu interface and marker-free control buttons.
All testing procedures run automatically under microcomputer control, with built-in automatic measurement and printing functions. The operation is straightforward and user-friendly.
It adopts magnetic stirring technology for quiet, noise-free operation, and boasts a compact footprint with reliable, safe performance.
This tester fits the practical demands of petroleum refineries, power plants and research institutions, serving as a must-have device for routine oil analysis and quality inspection.
1. Based on the titration neutralization principle, the unit automatically handles all steps under microcomputer control: liquid injection, titration, stirring, neutralization judgment and end-point detection. Test results are displayed directly on the LCD screen and printed out automatically. A full test cycle takes roughly seven minutes.
2. Dedicated reagent bottles are provided for extraction solution and neutralizing solution. These bottles seal reagents from ambient air during operation, preventing reagent volatilization and interference from atmospheric carbon dioxide, while also offering better protection for operators.
3. The automatic acid value tester supports flexible batch testing, allowing 1 to 3 oil samples to be processed in a single test run.
