Performance Features
The SH0209 hydraulic oil thermal stability tester is built in strict compliance with SH/T0209 *Test Method for Thermal Stability of Hydraulic Fluids*, and is designed for testing mineral oil-based and formulated hydraulic fluids.
This unit comes with an imported digital PID programmable temperature controller. It uses a dedicated high-speed 16-bit A/D converter, along with automatic temperature drift and zero drift correction, to deliver stable and accurate temperature control performance.
Its control system runs a specialized non-overshoot PID algorithm with self-tuning capability, which effectively eliminates temperature overshoot and under-adjustment, and achieves a control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
Temperature readings are collected via a PT100 sensor. Highly responsive and dependable, the sensor picks up temperature changes in real time. Working together with the digital PID controller, it reliably keeps temperature precision in line with standard requirements.
The tester features an integrated frame structure that offers a spacious interior workspace. Its outer casing is made of high-grade cold-rolled steel with a spray-coated surface, giving it a clean, modern look.
The inner chamber is fabricated from anti-corrosion treated stainless steel. A double-glazed observation window is set in the middle of the chamber door, so operators can check samples inside the workspace at any point during testing.
The chamber door is lined with a high-temperature sealing gasket to form a tight seal and cut down heat loss. An air vent at the rear of the workspace continuously vents moisture released by the heating element throughout operation.
A built-in fan creates forced air circulation inside the chamber, keeping temperature uniformity across the workspace within ±2.5%.
