SH500C Automatic Touch‑Screen Oil Calorimeter
Compliant with GB/T 213‑2008 and GB/T 384 standards, the SH500C automatic touch‑screen calorimeter consists primarily of a constant‑temperature calorimetric system and an MCU‑based embedded control system. Controlled by an intelligent embedded MCU for automatic data processing, it is a fully‑automated calorimetric testing instrument. It is widely applied to determine the calorific value of combustible substances including coal, petroleum products, chemical samples, food materials and wood.

Built‑around an intelligent MCU embedded system featuring simple structure, reliable performance and strong anti‑interference capability.
Equipped with imported high‑precision components to guarantee accurate temperature measurement. Featuring proprietary automatic water filling‑draining and calorimetric subsystems, the instrument can auto‑calibrate system heat capacity. Sophisticated calculation algorithms further enhance overall measuring accuracy.
Color touch‑screen interface with user‑friendly display; the whole measuring procedure runs automatically. It supports print‑out of multiple calorific‑value results: as‑received high heating value, dry‑basis high heating value, air‑dry‑basis high heating value and air‑dry‑basis low heating value for clear‑cut report output.
Adopts advanced tracking‑and‑correction technology, relaxing environmental‑condition requirements while improving test precision and securing long‑term operational stability.
Inner vessel uses electric sheet‑paddle stirring; fuse‑wire ignition delivers high reliability and simple operation.
Real‑time time‑temperature curve plotting during tests facilitates visual monitoring of experimental status.
