The ST123 Vegetable Oil Smoke Point Tester is professional equipment designed to test the smoke point of vegetable oils. It complies with Item 5 "Second Method – Visual Determination Method" specified in GB/T 20795-2006 Determination of Smoke Point of Vegetable Oils and AOCS Cc 9a-48.
It is widely applied in quality supervision, import & export inspection, oil production, oil storage and transportation, food manufacturing, scientific research, agricultural cultivation, universities and other institutions requiring smoke point testing for vegetable oils and fats.
Once continuous faint blue smoke (generated by thermal decomposition of grease) is observed, record the temperature reading and press the heat/lock button. The value displayed on the upper screen will be the smoke point. Featuring a simple and intuitive structure, this tester comes with an economical price.
