PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 
  SH407 X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer employs the energy-dispersive principle and an electromechanical integrated microcomputer structure, enabling fast and precise analysis.
  Its repeatability and reproducibility comply with the relevant specifications of national standards GB/T 17040-2008 Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products (Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry) and GB/T 11140-1989 Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products (X-ray Spectrometry), while fully satisfying the requirements of the American standard ASTM D4294-02.
  The SH407 Fluorescent Sulfur Analyzer is mainly used to determine the total sulfur mass percentage in crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel fuel, kerosene, gasoline and naphtha. It can also measure total sulfur or sulfur compound content in coal chemical products (such as crude benzene) and other liquid samples.
  In addition, it can be applied to determine total sulfur or SO₃ content in fine powder samples.
 

I. Main Technical Features

 
1. Using the fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method, the instrument features a wide detection range, broad application scope, high analysis speed, and low consumption of standard samples.
2. Equipped with an electromechanical integrated microcomputer design, LCD display and user-friendly interactive interface, the analyzer provides automatic self-diagnosis to monitor the instrument status and electrical parameters. It supports automatic correction for temperature and atmospheric pressure, as well as correction for the carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H).
3. Disposable Mylar sample cups are used to prevent cross-contamination.
4. The instrument is fitted with reliable X-ray radiation protection measures. Having passed strict tests, it poses no X-ray radiation hazard to operators or surrounding personnel.
