The SH607 Crankshaft Simulation Tester is engineered and manufactured in strict compliance with SH/T0300 Crankcase Simulation Test Method, a dedicated standard for the petrochemical industry.
This advanced equipment is specifically designed to evaluate the thermal oxidation stability of lubricating oil additives and formulated internal combustion engine oils. It also serves as a critical simulation testing tool for R&D professionals tasked with screening and optimizing compound formulations of detergents, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives, and base oils.
Structurally, the instrument adopts a compact top-and-bottom configuration, consisting of two core components: the control cabinet and the main testing unit.
The control cabinet is equipped with two digital temperature controllers and two digital timers, ensuring precise and intuitive parameter monitoring and adjustment throughout the test process.
Notably, this oxidation engine oil simulation tester is also compatible with the internationally recognized standards ASTM D7097 and ASTM D6335a.
The digital display temperature control meter controls the temperature of the oil tank and the test board respectively. It has the characteristics of intuitive display, convenient operation and high temperature control precision.
Time meter can realize the total working hours and automatic control of motor turn, stop.
