SH6532 Salt Content Tester For Crude Oil is designed and made as per national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T6532 Standard Test ,Method for Salt Content of Crude Petroleum and Petroleum Products. It is suitable to determine total amount of halides (concentration from 0.002% to 0.02% (m/m)) in the crude petroleum, reduced oil, cracked residue and fuel oil.
It can also be used to estimate seawater contamination of turbine oil and marine fuel oil. If test requirement on precision is within the range of this method, it can also be used to determine other products.

Main structure of instrument
⑴ extraction: flask and heating parts: 500ml; the heating part consists of electric heating wire wrapped around the lower end.
⑵ column drop funnel: used to add hot toluene, absolute ethanol, other reagents and make quantitative separation.
⑶ condenser: condensing the distilled gas.
⑷ temperature control knob: used to heat the test solution requiring heating.
⑸ separator funnel piston: control piston of extracdischarge solution.
⑹ triangle bottle: grinding mouth triangle bottle, used to connect the solution released from the flask.
⑺ aviation plug: tractor heating wire working power plug
