ST-1700 experimental mill

A specialized laboratory equipment used in the wheat experimental flour milling process to grind wheat samples and prepare flour of quality close to that of large-scale machines. Abbreviated as experimental grinding mill. This flour mill, based on the grinding principle, achieves efficient flour production through three consecutive grinding processes with four rollers. According to the sieving method, it relies on a double crank mechanism to drive the circular screen to rotate at variable speeds to ensure the sieving effect. It is one of the core equipment for conducting wheat flour quality analysis in the laboratory and can be used to prepare flour for dough rheological property analysis or baking experiments, thereby evaluating the quality of wheat flour.

The ST-1700 experimental grinding mill is equipped with an eccentric sleeve rolling distance adjustment mechanism, which can flexibly adjust the gap between each pair of grinding rollers to ensure stable grinding effect throughout the entire cycle of the grinding rollers. It adopts a transparent cover plate design, making the grinding and sieving processes clearly visible and facilitating experimental observation. Designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the industry standard NY/T 1094.5-2006 "Experimental Flour Milling of Wheat - Part 5", it features an efficient four-roller continuous three-stage grinding structure, which can effectively reduce water loss during the grinding process and increase the sample recovery rate. Moreover, the all-alloy grinding rollers have undergone quenching treatment, featuring high hardness, strong wear resistance and a long service life.
