SD262A Aniline point tester for petroleum products

SD262A Aniline point tester for petroleum products

2025-08-26

The lowest temperature required for petroleum products to dissolve with an equal volume of aniline to form a single liquid phase is called the aniline point. It is an important indicator for measuring the hydrocarbon composition in petroleum products. The determination of aniline points for both light-colored and dark-colored petroleum products must follow specific standard procedures.

The determination of aniline point is mainly used to judge the component characteristics of petroleum products. For instance, the content ratio of alkanes, alkenes and aromatic hydrocarbons in oil products can be roughly distinguished based on the level of aniline point. It also provides key data support for the production and processing, quality control and application selection of petroleum products.

The SD262A petroleum product aniline point tester adopts a digital PID temperature regulation controller, featuring high temperature control accuracy and stable performance. It is equipped with an internal stainless steel electric heating tube for heating and is easy to operate. This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T262-2010 "Determination of Aniline Point and Mixed Aniline Point of Petroleum Products and Hydrocarbon Solvents", and can automatically complete the determination of aniline point of light-colored and dark-colored petroleum products. The temperature control range covers room temperature to 200℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ≤0.5℃.
