The SH115B Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss & Resistivity Tester is a high-precision integrated instrument designed specifically for measuring the dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of insulating oil and other liquid insulating media. It complies with the standards IEC 60247 and ASTM D924.
The instrument integrates a full suite of core components within its compact structure, including a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high-resistance meter, and DC high-voltage source.
The heating part adopts the most advanced high frequency induction heating method. The heating method has the advantages of non-contact between oil cup and heating body, uniform heating, fast speed and convenient control.
The AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion mode, which effectively avoids the influence of voltage and frequency fluctuation of mains power on the accuracy of dielectric loss test. Even if the generator is generating electricity, the instrument can also run correctly.
The instrument adopts full digital technology, all intelligent automatic measurement, a variety of mode measurement, equipped with a large screen (320×240) touch display, full Chinese menu, each step has Chinese prompts, test results can be printed out, the operator does not need professional training can be skilled in use.
