The SH0175 Distillate Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is engineered and built to comply with China’s industry standard SH/T 0175 Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Distillate Fuel Oils (Accelerated Method).

It operates per the SH/T 0175 protocol to measure the inherent stability of middle distillate fuel oils through accelerated oxidation testing. This automated unit is a standard go-to testing option for refineries, fuel producers and end-users, as well as universities and research institutions evaluating distillate fuel oxidation stability.

Key Features
- Fitted with a precision temperature controller that holds the water bath at 95℃ ± 0.2℃; settings are fully adjustable to match custom testing needs. The workbench has 4 separate test baths, so you can run 4 samples in parallel to boost testing throughput.
- Four dedicated flow meters display the oxygen flow rate for each individual oxidation tube. The unit requires oxygen with a minimum purity of 99.5%, and works directly with standard oxygen cylinders. If connecting to a plant’s central oxygen supply line, install a filter and pressure regulating valve before hooking up to the side-mounted oxygen inlet.
- A built-in timer tracks total test runtime, and triggers an audible alarm when the set duration is complete.
- Comes with a dedicated lightproof box, used for dark storage of oxidation tubes before they go into the heating bath, and for light-protected cooling after sample removal.
