SH103A Automatic Trace Moisture Meter

The SH103A automatic micro water analyzer is a precision instrument designed for detecting moisture content in petroleum products. Featuring high sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility, it offers Chinese menu navigation with intuitive operation and energy-efficient design. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, and related industries, it can measure solid, liquid, and gas sample types.

Utilizing the Karl Fischer coulometric titration method, this instrument reliably determines trace moisture in various samples. For solids insoluble in reagents or substances that may contaminate electrodes, corresponding solid, gas, and liquid samplers enable indirect measurement. This makes it an efficient, fully automatic analytical instrument widely used across power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, railway, environmental protection, and research sectors.

Water's relatively small molecular energy compared to oil causes significant volume expansion upon gasification, increasing system pressure drop and power consumption. High moisture content in oil can lead to operational fluctuations and equipment damage, while inorganic salts introduced by water accelerate corrosion.
