The SH119 Petroleum Product Ash Content Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T508 (Test Method for Ash of Petroleum Products), ASTM D482, GB/T2433 (Test Method for Sulfated Ash of Additives and Additive-Containing Lubricating Oils), and SH/T0067 (Test Method for Ash Content of Engine Coolants and Antirust Agents). It is used to determine the ash content of petroleum products and the sulfated ash of lubricating greases.
This instrument is also suitable for ash testing of petroleum products containing ash-forming additives (including certain phosphorus-containing additives), leaded lubricating oils and used engine crankcase oils. Equipped with a new ceramic furnace chamber as the heating element, it can test sulfated ash in additive-containing lubricating oils and additive concentrates for blended lubricants.
performance characteristics
1. The shell is made of steel plate by folding and welding, with electrostatic spraying on the surface. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.
2. The furnace is made of ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed (it can rise to 1000℃ in about 30 minutes) and good heat preservation effect (it is not hot to touch the shell by hand when it reaches 1000℃).
3. The control system adopts high-precision P.I.D intelligent instrument, which has self-setting, temperature error correction, timing, overtemperature alarm, good temperature stability and high precision.
The control circuit adopts no contact, which has the characteristics of no noise and high reliability.
