SH119 Petroleum Products Ash Tester
The SH119 petroleum products ash tester is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the standards of GB/T 508, GB/T 2433, SH/T 0067 and ASTM D482. It is specially applied to the determination of ash content in petroleum products and sulfated ash content in lubricating greases.
Also known as Ash Content Meter for Petroleum Products / Oil Ash Content Tester, this instrument is suitable for the ash content analysis of petroleum products containing ash-based additives (including certain additives with phosphorus compounds), lead-containing lubricating oils, and used engine crankcase oils.
Equipped with a new-type ceramic furnace as its heating element, the instrument is particularly well-suited for the detection of sulfated ash content in additive-containing lubricating oils and additive concentrates used for lubricating oil blending.

performance characteristics
1. The shell is made of steel plate by folding and welding, with electrostatic spraying on the surface. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.
2. The furnace is made of ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed (it can rise to 1000℃ in about 30 minutes) and good heat preservation effect (it is not hot to touch the shell by hand when it reaches 1000℃).
3. The control system adopts high-precision P.I.D intelligent instrument, which has self-setting, temperature error correction, timing, overtemperature alarm, good temperature stability and high precision.
