ST-Y01 Automatic bread volume tester
The ST-Y01 automatic bread volume analyzer uses high-definition cameras and AI 3D reconstruction technology to generate digital bread. With innovative AI technology, it reconstructs the 3D point cloud of the bread through multi view scanning and combines it with color mapping to construct digital bread. It realizes phenotype analysis of bread shape parameters (weight, volume, area, density, length and width, etc.), color features, texture features, and measures information such as bread volume, area, weight, density, color, and texture
