SH124 Automatic Volume Resistivity Tester
The SH124 Automatic Volume Resistivity Tester is developed and manufactured in compliance with China’s electric power industry standard DL/T421-2009 and national standard GB/T5654. It is applied to test the volume resistivity of liquid dielectrics including insulating oil and fuel oil.
This instrument adopts an MCS-51 series single-chip microcomputer as the core control unit, equipped with a color LCD screen and Chinese human-machine interactive interface to guide users through operations. The entire measuring process is fully automatic, featuring automatic electrode cup switching and automatic range shifting. It supports cyclic storage of up to 200 groups of test data and integrates cutting-edge modern technological innovations.
With advanced design, rational mechanical layout, easy operation as well as stable and safe performance, this tester delivers top-tier performance metrics among comparable domestic and international counterparts. It serves as an ideal resistivity testing device for oil condition monitoring, and its test results fully meet the requirements specified in DL421-91 for volume resistivity measurement of insulating oil.
