The Kjeldahl method is a classical method for nitrogen determination.
It is widely used to determine nitrogen content in soil, food, animal husbandry products, agricultural products, fodder and other samples.
Determination by this method includes three processes: sample digestion, distillation and separation, and quantitative analysis.

The ST-115C automatic Kjeldahl analyzer is an analytical system for nitrogen (protein) determination, developed based on the classical Kjeldahl method, with end-point determination by the colorimetric method.
Its design and manufacturing comply with **GB/T 33862-2017 *Full (Semi)-Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer*** and relevant international standards.
