6-Port Distillate Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability Measuring Instrument Test Temperature 95±0.1℃ with ASTM D2274
The SH0175B Liquid Crystal Fractional Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the industry standards of the People's Republic of China, SH/T 0175 "Determination of Fractional Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability (Accelerated Method)" and ASTM D2274. Applicable to the method specified in SH/T 0175 standard for determining the inherent stability of middle distillate fuel oil using accelerated oxidation method.
This instrument is an automated device used by oil extraction, production, and usage units, as well as relevant universities, research departments, and others to test the oxidation stability of distillate fuel oil.
Performance characteristics
● The instrument is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of distillate fuel oil (diesel).
● When the instrument is controlled by a microcontroller for temperature control, it automatically controls the temperature, timing, alarms, and displays the temperature of the sample in real time.
● 7-inch color LCD touch screen, fully Chinese operation interface, real-time display of various parameters.
● The oxygen flow rate is controlled and adjustable separately, and the low-temperature circulating water system of the inlet compressor automatically completes the oxidation and cooling processes in one go.
● Equipped with a light shielding device to ensure the sample is protected from light during the oxidation process.
● The heating bath is made of metal bath material, without the need for bath liquid, making the testing process more convenient and environmentally friendly.
