The SD3536 Semi-automatic Open Flash Point Tester is a device designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China national standard GB/T3536-2008 "Determination of Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)". It is suitable for determining the open flash point of fuel oils and other oil products with a flash point below 79℃, and also supports the determination of the flash point of plasticizers in accordance with GB/T1671-2008. As a semi-automatic testing instrument, it integrates functions such as electric furnace heating, precise temperature control and automatic ignition, and its technical parameters directly affect the accuracy and safety of the test.

Technical parameters to pay attention to: These parameters are the core indicators to ensure the normal operation and test accuracy of the tester, and each parameter needs to meet the specified requirements during use.

1. Power supply: It must use an AC power supply with a voltage of (220±10%)V and a frequency of 50Hz; non-compliant power supply may cause instrument failure or test deviation.
2. Heating device: It adopts an electric furnace for heating, which has no open flame and explosion-proof performance; the heating power can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0-600W, and the power can be adjusted according to the test needs.
3. Temperature control: The temperature control range is from room temperature to 400℃, with a temperature step of 2℃; its technical conditions comply with the provisions of GB/T514 "Technical Conditions for Liquid Thermometers Used in Petroleum Products Tests".
4. Temperature display: An LED screen is used to display temperature parameters, with a display range of 0℃-400℃ and an accuracy of 0.1℃, which can clearly and accurately reflect the real-time temperature during the test.
5. Ignition device: The ignition source is gas (or other civil combustible gas), and the nozzle aperture is 0.6-0.8mm; the ignition device needs to be checked regularly to ensure normal ignition.
6. Temperature sensor: It uses a PT100 resistance temperature detector (RTD) to ensure accurate temperature collection.
7. Ambient conditions: The ambient temperature during use should be (-10~50)℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%; excessive temperature or humidity may affect the test results.
8. Maximum power consumption: The maximum power consumption of the instrument is 650W, and the power supply circuit should match its power demand.
9. Package and weight: The package size is 380mm×290mm×260mm, and the instrument weight is 10kg, which is convenient for transportation and placement.

Items to be prepared by the customer themselves: The tester is not equipped with these items, and the customer needs to prepare them independently to ensure the normal progress of the test.

- Gas source: A gas source (such as natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas) that meets the ignition device requirements of the tester.
- Pressure reducing valve for gas source: A pressure reducing valve matching the prepared gas source, which is used to control the gas pressure and ensure safe and stable gas supply for the ignition device.
