The ST146 Crystalline Thermal Analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the new version of the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia General Rules 0981 Crystalline Inspection Method and 0661 Differential Scanning Calorimetry Method. It is a touch screen type instrument capable of performing tests such as glass transition temperature, phase transition, melting and enthalpy values, product stability, curing, specific heat, and oxidation induction period. It features an industrial grade 7-inch touch screen with rich display information, a new metal furnace body structure for better baseline and higher accuracy, and a USB communication interface with strong universality and reliable communication.
Temperature range: the interval of ambient temperatures within which the instrument can operate normally (unit: ℃).
Temperature control method: the technical means adopted by the instrument to regulate and maintain the target temperature.
The ST146 Crystalline Thermal Analyzer has a temperature range of room temperature~600 ℃. Its temperature control method is PID precise control (fully automatic program control); the lower computer interface can set and define PID parameter values to meet different environments and power heating needs, and the initial heating power is customizable. This temperature control method, combined with the instrument's new metal furnace body structure and indirect conduction heating method, ensures high temperature uniformity and stability, and reduces pulse radiation, which is superior to traditional heating modes.
