Dust is a solid particulate matter that exists in the atmosphere or in industrial production processes. The natural accumulation density of dust refers to the mass of dust per unit volume when dust falls freely from a certain height and fills a container in a loose state. It is an important physical property index of dust, which is of great significance for dust treatment, storage and transportation.
Natural accumulation density: the mass of dust per unit volume (unit: g/cm³ or kg/m³) when dust is in a loose state after freely falling from a funnel mouth at a specified height and filling a measuring cylinder of specified volume.
GB/T16913.3 "Test Methods for Dust Physical Properties - Part 3: Natural Accumulation Method" specifies the determination method of dust natural accumulation density, requiring the use of a natural accumulation density meter that meets the standard. The ST-F12 Dust Powder natural accumulation density meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard. Its funnel taper is 60°±0.5°, the funnel outlet diameter is φ12.7mm, and it is equipped with a 100cm³ measuring cylinder, which can accurately measure the natural accumulation density of dust.
When using the ST-F12 Dust Powder natural accumulation density meter, users need to prepare a drying oven and an 80-target accurate screening by themselves. The instrument is provided with a host, measuring cylinder, power cord, instruction manual and warranty card. The manufacturer provides a one-year warranty for the whole machine (excluding normal wear and tear of vulnerable parts), and offers lifelong discounted supply of components and lifelong maintenance services.
