The petroleum product densitometer can be used to measure the density of crude oil and liquid petroleum products. Its measurement principle and operation comply with many domestic and international standards, including China's GB/T 1884, international ISO 3675, the United States' ASTM D1298, Germany's DIN 51757, Japan's JIS K2249 and the United Kingdom's IP 160. It can meet the testing standards and requirements of different regions.
In application scenarios, this instrument is mainly used in the petrochemical field to precisely measure density indicators in crude oil extraction, liquid petroleum product production, quality inspection and other links, providing data support for product quality control and process optimization.
The SH102 petroleum product densitometer (with refrigeration) adopts an integrated body design. The control box is humanized in layout and equipped with touch key control switches, which combines operational comfort and aesthetic appearance. Equipped with a digital display tube temperature controller, it features fast temperature control response, small overshoot, and an accuracy of ±0.2℃. Moreover, it adopts a Pt100 sensor, with a temperature measurement range covering the ambient temperature to 100℃, and an accuracy of ±0.1℃. It is equipped with both a hard glass tank and an electric stirring device, which not only enables a clear observation of the sample status but also ensures uniform temperature inside the bath, guaranteeing the stability of the test data.
The experimental instruments and key configurations include:
Shandong Shengtai Instrument Co., Ltd. has developed and produced one set of SH102 type petroleum product densitometer (with refrigeration) mainframe, which includes two measurement positions and can simultaneously test multiple groups of samples.
2. Auxiliary configuration: 1 500ml water bath, 1 set of bath cover assembly capable of holding 2 graduated cylinders, 1 set of compression-type low-temperature refrigeration device, 1 control cable, 2 500ml graduated cylinders.
3. Testing tools: 10 sets of density tubes with specifications ranging from 600 to 1010kg/m³, a graduation value of 0.5, and a total length of 300mm, as well as 1 glass mercury thermometer with a graduation value of 0.2℃, to meet the measurement requirements of different density ranges.
