The ST-F13 dust angle of repose tester is a device specially used to determine the angle of repose of dust. It is made of 304 stainless steel as a whole, and is designed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T 16913-2008 "Test Methods for Dust Physical Properties Part 5: Determination of Angle of Repose by Injecting Limited Bottom Method" (this standard refers to ISO 4324:1997 "Powder and Granular Surfactants - Determination of Angle of Repose"). The main technical difference from ISO 4324:1997 is that it does not measure the height of dust accumulated on the limited bottom, but directly measures the angle of repose of dust with a protractor.

Angle of repose (also known as resting angle): refers to the acute angle between the inclined surface of dust accumulation and the bottom horizontal plane.

Measurement principle: Inject enough dust from the overflow tray into the horizontal tray through the funnel mouth; then measure the acute angle between the dust accumulation slope and the bottom horizontal plane, which is the dust angle of repose.

Key technical parameters:

- Funnel outlet diameter: 5mm, funnel taper: 60°±0.5°;
- Protractor length: 10cm;
- Chassis: The distance between the bottom of the discharge port and the plate surface is 80mm±2mm, and the diameter of the material tray is Φ80mm;
- Repeatability error: ≤1%.

Customer self-provided items for testing: Drying oven, 80-target accurate screening.
