The SH105E full-automatic essence closed flash point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of standards GB/T 261, GB/T 14454.1 essence flash point, and GB/T 5208 Determination of Flash Point Rapid Balance Closed Cup Method. This instrument also meets the requirements of ISO 3679 standard.
This instrument features advanced electronic temperature control with appropriate interface circuits to achieve automated temperature control. It includes functions such as automatic switching of heating power and automatic temperature control. The instrument is simple to operate, structurally reasonable, accurate in detection, stable in performance, and intuitive in display. It serves as an ideal substitute for imported instruments and meets the requirements of petroleum, chemical industry, coating, paint, essence, spice commodity inspection, and scientific research institutions for fast closed flash point testing of petroleum products.
This instrument is particularly suitable for testing the closed cup flash point of various paints, coatings, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products within the range of room temperature to +300℃ or -30℃ to 100℃.
